We have a range of plans and designs of new homes form our Nestus range which is regularly updated with the latest design trends.

Building innovations and ideas are a continually changing process. These, what we call standard plans, have been designed by one of New Zealand's leading architects, Ray Hawthorne of 3 Architecture Ltd, exclusively for Paul Reed Homes.  These homes range from three to five bedrooms and vary in style and area. They are up to the minute in design and can be altered to a certain extent to suit individual needs and family preferences. If alteration does not suit concept plans can be produced in conjunction with our consultant and designer.
